Digital Delivery Policy

Clearloom sells digital credit packs for AI image background removal. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

What You Receive

After a successful purchase, credits are added to your Clearloom account. One credit can be used to remove the background from one image.

Delivery Time

Credits are normally added automatically shortly after payment confirmation. In most cases this happens within a few minutes.

If your payment was completed but credits do not appear in your account, contact support@clearloom.one with your account email and payment receipt.

No Physical Shipping

Clearloom is a web-based digital service. There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical delivery.

Credit Validity

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a technical issue prevents credits from being added after a successful payment, we will help correct the account balance or review the purchase under our Refund Policy.
