Refund Policy
Clearloom sells one-time credit packs for AI background removal. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.
Credit Packs
Clearloom credit packs are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew. One credit removes one background. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Eligible Refund Requests
You may request a refund if:
- You were charged but credits were not added to your account.
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same intended purchase.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using newly purchased credits.
- You made a purchase by mistake and have not used any credits from that purchase.
Ineligible Refund Requests
Refunds may not be available if:
- Credits from the purchase have already been used.
- The request is made after a long delay without a verifiable billing issue.
- The issue is caused by misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- You are dissatisfied with a specific AI result after the credits were used, unless there was a clear technical failure on our side.
How To Request a Refund
Contact us at support@clearloom.one with:
- Your account email.
- The order number or payment receipt.
- The purchase date.
- A short description of the issue.
We usually review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. If the original payment method cannot be refunded through the provider, we will explain the available options by email.
Payment Provider Timing
After a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, and payment provider.
