By accessing or using Clearloom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Clearloom provides an AI-powered web tool for removing image backgrounds. Users can upload supported image files, process them with AI, and download the resulting transparent PNG when processing succeeds.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload images you do not have the right to process.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Abuse free usage, automate excessive requests, bypass security checks, or resell access without permission.

Credits and Payments

Clearloom uses one-time credit packs. One credit removes one background. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew. Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other supported processors.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

AI Results and Availability

AI processing may fail or produce imperfect results depending on the uploaded image. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or product changes.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to images you upload, subject to the rights you already have in those images. Clearloom and its original product design, code, branding, and service content are owned by us or our licensors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, or use Clearloom in a harmful or unlawful way.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearloom is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
